Bob Rentler has served as an elder since 1997. His passion is helping people to find their place in the Body of Christ. This involves Connect groups, discipleship, pastoral care, and assimilation. Bob also serves on the NC4 pulpit team. Bob and his wife, Lisa, are pre-marital mentors and Lisa is a MOPS (Mothers of Pre-schoolers) ministry, mentor.

Bob holds a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University and an MDiv from Trinity Theological Seminary. Before joining our staff as an Associate Pastor in 2003, Bob worked as a chemical engineer for 25 years at Air Products and Chemicals.

Bob and Lisa reside in Bethlehem, PA. They have two adult children and six grandchildren. Bob can often be found jogging, playing bagpipes, or browsing through thrift stores.
