Staff & Leaders
NC4 is an elder-governed, pastor-led, and staff-managed church.
Our leadership philosophy is to work from below to lift others up, serving primarily as coaches, equipping all to contribute their giftedness for the good of the community.
Pastoral Team
Our pastors function primarily to “equip the saints for the work of ministry” (Eph. 4) so the whole church grows in maturity.
Staff Team
Our staff team manages the day-to-day operations of NC4.
Governing Elders
Governing Elders serve as the governing board of the church community with responsibility for vision, theology, and church discipline.
Ministering Elders
Ministering Elders function with fatherly authority in prayer, teaching, and presence. They do not sit on the governing board.
