Teams work with NC4’s own Sharon Malcolm ministering to the SHAWI INDIANS in the jungles of Peru. In addition to sharing the gospel, this trip’s primary focus is practical community development like stove building, water filtration systems and providing other essential needs. Participants should be in good physical health. Typical trip duration 12 days.

In addition to ministering God’s word through evening services, bible study, and discipleship training – our team will assist with a water filter project to provide clean water to each of the homes in a village in Northern Peru. We will construct water filters by day shoulder to shoulder with the villagers and assist with services and other ministry opportunities. This will be done 12 hours away from the nearest electricity and will involve a minimum of 6 travel days on an approximate 2 week trip in late June/ early July. We will be challenged physically and spiritually. We look to bless and be blessed as He will undoubtedly grow us as He uses us.    Visit the Peru Villagers Blog.
