Relational Networking Between Ground Level and Grace Network

We believe together that God has spoken to us concerning the building of a formal relationship between our teams. This is the result of an informal cultivation of our relationship over a number of years. We believe that God has now more directionally spoken into this relationship. Though we anticipate that this will be a beneficial, mutual relationship that affects our teams for good, we sense that there is a higher call on us in this endeavor toward the nations of the world. We believe that our being together will effect an extension of the Kingdom of God through our churches and promote a great harvest of souls across nations. We believe that this relating is not limited to these two nations or teams, but that the Holy Spirit will help us to model a biblical unity that will include and involve other teams in other nations. While the full ramifications of our relating are not obvious, we simply wish to respond to what God is saying so far and in this way be enlightened as a result of our obedience and our faith. As far as we can see, we agree to express our obedience by:

  1. We want to cooperate in an exchange of key leaders and ministries for the building of our teams, team effectiveness in building and planting churches. We want to begin this by involving ourselves in two or three “training” conferences together. The purpose of these conferences would be to forge relationships, train, share innovations and insights as we apply the gospel in our churches.
  2. We want to cooperate and relate in resourcing missions where it is expedient. Some examples could be Betel, Mozambique, Zambia, Mexico, etc.
  3. We would like to see our Core Leadership Teams meet perhaps three times a year, perhaps attached to strategic get together or events. We hope that this would envision one another and show us how to resource one another more adequately and how to move on from there.
